Our concierge, Danielle, will guide you from the moment you confirm your booking, ensuring every detail of your trip is handled with the care you would expect from family!
It's safe to say that on a small island connections help. Our long standing relationships mean we can often get you preferred access that might be otherwise unavailable. Restaurant reservations, last minute activities, etc. Those are only a very small part of what our concierge offers.
Having a dedicated concierge when you book a villa has many advantages. Besides the obvious, a concierge is able to arrange customized and bespoke arrangements. I chatted with our concierge team about some of their most memorable planning experiences:
Santa’s beach arrival: “We arranged this for a family staying at a beachfront villa. It was a huge hit, completely surprising the children who were playing on the beach. Santa arrived on his own red jetski with presents in tow! It was great to see it all come together”
Golf tournament: “For a large group of golf enthusiasts, we planned a tournament. Their family business was a well known brand, so we got them custom elements like scorecards, golf balls and tees. We also arranged a surprise appearance from one of the lead guest's favorite personalities, who happened to be on the island! The "tournament" was a hit, but the after party was even better. We had steel pan, limbo dancing, and even a stilt walker”
The divorce trip: “We were asked to help a couple celebrate their amicable separation. They had initially planned a getaway, and despite the change in their relationship, they wanted to mark this new chapter. We decorated their villa, arranged a special cake, and provided party favors, all highlighting their divorce. We're not sure if the trip changed their minds about separating, but we'd like to think it added a positive note to their journey!”
