The apartment is on the first floor of the Villas on the Beach development, designed by architect Ian Morrison. It stands on a West Coast beach in the centre of Holetown.

The open-plan living and dining area is spacious and tastefully furnished, so you can relax or eat together in one room. The kitchen is open to this space, which means whoever is cooking can stay part of the conversation.

The bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Air-conditioning and ceiling fans keep the room cool at night.

The living area leads out to your private patio, a good spot for meals outdoors. From here you have easy access to the pool and gardens. The pool deck is surrounded by tropical gardens and leads to the communal swimming pools.

When you want the sea, the beach gate takes you directly onto the sand. You can also use the on-site gym and the other facilities in the development.

Restaurants, duty-free shopping, nightlife, supermarkets, banks and medical facilities are all within walking distance. Apes Hill Club, Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf courses are a short drive away, and public transport is nearby.
