Kiko is a 4-storey coral stone beachfront villa at Paynes Bay, St. James, Barbados. It sleeps up to 20 across 9 bedrooms. The space

Kiko stands on Paynes Bay Beach on the west coast of Barbados. Each bedroom has its own balcony, so you can look out over the Caribbean Sea from your own space. The decor takes its colours from the calm water.

The villa has a cinema, a games room and a fitness centre for downtime together. A health spa offers treatments. There is also a staff kitchen that guests can use for extra flexibility during their stay.

Master Suites 7 and 8 each have a king bed, a walk-in closet and an en-suite marble bathroom. The bathroom has a roll-top bath, a double rainfall shower and a double vanity. They suit couples or anyone who wants a little more room.

Guest Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 each have a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, shower and double vanity. The Garden Room (Bedroom 9) has the same layout.

Guest Bedroom 5 has 3 single beds. They can be joined to make a king bed, so it works for friends or family who prefer separate beds, or for a couple.

Please keep noise down, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbours.
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis and so on) is not allowed inside the home. Recreational drug use is strictly prohibited. A $300 penalty applies if this is not followed.
