Sandalo, Gibbs Beach (4 bed)

The villa is set over two levels, with coral-stone walls, marble floors and local Caribbean artwork. It feels bright and open, and it sits in tropical gardens just steps from the beach.

The living room opens onto the terrace, so you can move easily between sofas indoors and loungers outside. The air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped for cooking for a group, and the dining table seats 10. When you want a quieter evening, the media room has surround sound and a TV for films and games.

All four bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, and each has its own en-suite bathroom. Three of them have private balconies with pool, garden or sea views, which makes them good spots for a morning coffee. Every bedroom is air conditioned.

The terrace is the heart of the villa. The in-ground pool sits in the middle, with lounge chairs and sun umbrellas around it for sunbathing and shade. Just off the terrace, the gazebo has a large dining table for meals outdoors.
