The space

Tilting Trees sits on an elevated plot in Sunset Crest, with palms and hedging around the grounds to keep things private.

The main level is where you will spend most of your time. An open-plan living area flows into the dining room and a large kitchen, so whoever is cooking can stay part of the conversation.

Three air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms are on this same level. The master suite has a shower and tub combination and opens straight onto the pool terrace and bar. The two other bedrooms each have a walk-in shower.

The fourth en-suite bedroom is in a separate apartment on the ground level. It has its own terrace, living area and kitchen, which suits guests who want extra space and privacy.

Outside, the 22ft x 19ft infinity pool is the centre of the garden. Several terraces and lawned areas give you room to swim, sunbathe or eat outdoors. The poolside bar has a fridge, so sunset drinks are close by.

Smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis and so on) is not allowed inside the home.
Recreational drugs are not permitted at the property. A $300 penalty applies if the smoking or drug rules are broken.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests cover any charges for damage during their stay, and for extra cleaning if it is needed afterwards.

Construction is taking place in the surrounding area and is expected to finish in December, which runs into the Christmas period. You may hear occasional, unexpected noise Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm and on Saturday from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. We appreciate your understanding.
