It sits right on Sandy Lane Golf Course and is beautifully positioned next to the 6th green of the Sandy Lane Old Nine golf course. This cottage is perfect for couples, business travelers, and small families.

Serenade Cottage is on the same property as the main house, however there is a private entrance gate and the Cottage is separate from the main house. Parking is available on the side of the driveway to the cottage.

Guests will have access to the Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Facility.  Please note that this is not part of the Sandy Lane Hotel, therefore no hotel facilities are included.

The property is located within in walking distance or a short drive from many amenities including, shopping, restaurants, medical facilities, banking, night life, beaches and so much more!
