The space
The villa is an end-of-row property on a golf estate. It has westerly sea views and is looked after by a housekeeper and a property manager.
The living, dining and sitting areas are on the upper levels. They open onto terraces with sea, estate or golf course views.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster and ice maker.
The Master Bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a king-size bed and a TV. Its ensuite Master Bathroom has a tub and shower.
Bedroom 2 is on the ground floor. It has 2 twin beds combined into one bed and a safe. Its ensuite Bathroom 2 has a shower only.
Residents can use the tennis courts, private pools, gym and clubhouse with restaurant and bar. Access to the Royal Westmoreland Golf Course is included.
Beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the Beach Club at Mullins. The club has a beach bar, restaurants, water sports and members parking. The closest beach is Colony Club.

The charge applies per week and any part thereof, and covers all guests residing in the villa.
The charge is not made on a pro-rata daily basis per registered guest.
Guests who do not wish to use RWM amenities do not register.
