Tilting Trees is a three-bedroom villa in Sunset Crest, Holetown, Barbados, on the West Coast. Families and groups travelling together will find the layout easy to share, with every bedroom on one level. The space

Tilting Trees sits in an elevated, private spot in Sunset Crest. Lawns, palms and mature hedging around the garden keep the outdoor areas quiet and screened from view.

Inside, the main level opens into a spacious living area, with a dining room and a large kitchen alongside. You can cook for the whole group and eat together without moving far. A welcoming entrance hall greets you as you arrive.

All three bedrooms are on this same level, and each has its own bathroom. The master suite has a shower and tub combination and opens straight onto the pool terrace and bar area, so you can step outside for an early swim. The two other bedrooms each have a modern walk-in shower, which suits children, friends or a second couple.

Outside, the 22ft x 19ft infinity pool is the centre of the garden. Several terraces give you places to lounge or eat outdoors. The poolside bar has a fridge, which works well for evening drinks as the sun goes down, and there are shaded corners for the middle of the day.

Construction is taking place in the surrounding area and is expected to finish in December, which runs into the Christmas period. You may hear occasional, unexpected noise Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Saturday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. We appreciate your understanding.
