The space
The villa sits on Ocean Drive inside the gated Royal Westmoreland resort, looking across the 13th fairway to the sea. The main house is spread over two floors, so everyone has some room to themselves.
On the main level, two sitting areas open onto a covered patio, and a private study gives you a quiet corner for calls or reading. The kitchen is built for cooking and hosting, with an eight-seat dining area for shared meals. A separate TV room is there for movie nights or a quiet hour.
Bedroom 1 is the master suite upstairs, with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with tub and shower. Bedroom 2 is also upstairs, with a king bed and an en-suite shower room. The two upstairs rooms share a private patio and a lockable walk-in closet.
Bedroom 3 is on the main level, with twin beds that can convert to a king and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. It works well for children, friends or grandparents.
Outside, the main patio has a covered dining area for up to twelve people and lounge seating for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Beyond it, the pool deck looks out over the golf course, and an outdoor shower is handy after a swim.

From 1st May 2026, Royal Westmoreland charges a resort facilities fee per villa, per week. It is BDS $250 per week for a 3-bedroom villa and is not included in your rental price.
The fee covers the communal facilities, including the pools, gym, tennis, pickleball and padel courts, the Beach Club, the shuttle bus and golf.
You pay the fee locally when you collect your Resort Passes from the Clubhouse.
You can choose not to use the facilities and avoid the fee. If you take Resort Passes, you pay for your whole stay and cannot pick individual dates.
