Villa Howzat! is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa on Ocean Drive in Royal Westmoreland, St James, Barbados. It suits families, groups and multi-generational stays. The house looks over the 13th fairway to the west coast, and the infinity-edge pool is the heart of the outdoor space. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away. The space

Howzat! sits in a gated golf resort, with views across the 13th fairway to the sea. Everything is arranged in the main house, so it works well for families and groups travelling together.

The main level has two sitting areas that open onto a covered patio, a private study and a TV room for movie nights. The kitchen has an induction hob and an eight-seat dining area, so you can cook and eat together.

Two twin bedrooms are on this level, each with its own bathroom. One has a tub and its twin beds can be made up as a king. The other has a shower.

Upstairs are two king bedrooms with sea and golf course views, both en suite. The master has a tub and shower, and the second has a shower. They share a private patio and a lockable walk-in closet.

Outside, the covered patio seats up to twelve for meals, with extra lounge seating for morning coffee or sunset drinks. Beyond it, the pool deck has an outdoor shower.

Smoking is not allowed inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also not permitted, and a fine applies if these rules are not followed.

From 1 May 2026, Royal Westmoreland charges a resort facilities charge per villa, per week. It covers the communal facilities, including the pools, gym, tennis, pickle and padel courts, Beach Club, shuttle bus and golf.

The charge is BDS $300 per week for a 4-bedroom villa. It is not included in your rental price.

You pay it locally when you collect your Resort Passes from the Clubhouse.

You can choose not to use the facilities and avoid the charge. If you take Resort Passes, the charge applies for your whole stay, not selected dates.

A complimentary golf cart is provided and may only be driven by someone aged 16 or over.
A housekeeper is included. A cook is included in the Winter and Festive Season.
