Villa Howzat! is a 6-bedroom villa at Ocean Drive, Royal Westmoreland, St James, Barbados. It suits families, groups and multi-generational stays. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the guest cottage gives some of you extra privacy. The infinity-edge pool looks out over the 13th fairway to the west coast. Holetown is an 8-minute drive away. The space

The villa sits on Ocean Drive and looks across the 13th fairway to the west coast. It has a main house and a self-contained guest cottage.

The main level has two sitting areas that open onto a covered patio, a private study and a TV room for movie nights. The kitchen suits both everyday meals and hosting, and the dining area seats eight.

On the main level, Bedroom 3 has twin beds that can be made into a king, with an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Bedroom 4 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Both suit friends or children sharing.

Upstairs, the master suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and an en-suite shower room. The two rooms share a private patio and a lockable walk-in closet, so they suit couples.

The guest cottage is just off the pool deck. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each have twin beds that can be made into a king. Bedroom 5 has an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and Bedroom 6 has an en-suite shower room. The cottage also has a lounge and a kitchenette, so it works well for a second family or friends who like their own space.

Outside, the covered patio seats up to twelve for meals, with lounge seating for morning coffee or sunset drinks. The pool deck has an outdoor shower.

From 1 May 2026, Royal Westmoreland charges a resort facilities charge per villa, per week. It covers the communal facilities, including the pools, The Sanctuary, gym, tennis, pickle and padel courts, the Beach Club, the shuttle bus and golf.

The charge for 4 bedroom plus properties is BDS $300 per week. It is not included in the rental cost.

You pay the charge locally to Royal Westmoreland when you collect your Resort Passes from the Clubhouse.

You can choose not to use the facilities and avoid the charge. If you take Resort Passes, you pay for your whole stay and cannot pick individual dates.

The complimentary golf cart may only be driven by someone aged 16 or over.
