The One at The St James, Beachfront

The condo is on the first floor and looks out over Paynes Bay. The entrance opens into a large open-plan living and dining area, so you can see the bay as soon as you walk in.

A double balcony runs along both the living and dining areas. You can eat, relax or watch the sunset with the view in front of you wherever you sit. The kitchen and entertainment area share the same space, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.

The master bedroom opens straight onto the balcony, so you can step out to the sea view first thing. It has a walk-in closet and a large en suite with a tub bath, a rain shower and a double vanity with two entrances.

Three more bedrooms each have their own en suite and plenty of closet space. Everyone gets their own bathroom, which works well for families or friends sharing.

The fifth sleeping space is a detached guest cottage with a small kitchenette and a living and dining area. You can reach it from the ground floor or from the apartment. It suits guests who want a little extra privacy.
