The Great House

The estate has two sides. On the seaside, the Great House sits above a large infinity pool, with the Great Bar looking out over the Caribbean Sea. The pool has plenty of deck space and a shallow wading area for younger children. Down at the water, the beach bar has a brick pizza oven, which suits easy lunches by the sea.

The twelve suites are spread across the Great House, the Carriage House, two cottages and Hillaby House. This lets larger groups spread out while staying close together. The notes do not give bed types or bathroom details for each suite, so please ask us which suite suits your party best.

The seaside offers different spots for dining, entertainment or quiet time. Two gazebos in the gardens work well for reading, an ocean-side massage or a meal outdoors. The grand piano has an ocean view for anyone who likes to play.

Across the way, the neighbouring land side property has lily ponds, lawns and gardens. Here you will find a games room, a home cinema, a spa room, a gym, a conference room and a floodlit tennis court. Together they give you things to do on days when you want a change from the beach, and they suit groups with a mix of ages and interests.

Out on the water, you can use a 33ft motor boat and an 18ft speedboat, with inflatables, paddleboards, snorkelling gear and kayaks.
